Those who are disturbed by constant factory noise can us this industrial complaint letter.
Dear ___________,
I would like to inform you that the noise from your factory, which is located at the corner of 4th and Fir in Anytown, is causing major disturbances in the nearby neighborhoods. On the morning of July 6th, for example, noises from heavy machinery began at 5:00 a.m. On July 8th, a loud bell was ringing for several hours after midnight. In the neighborhood, we can regularly hear booms and loud trucks. These noises are disturbing residents living nearly half a mile away from your factory.
I humbly request that you consider limiting the loud work you do to reasonable hours, such as after 9:00 a.m. and before 9:00 p.m.
Your factory is a recent addition to Anytown, and you are destroying neighborhoods that have been here for many years. If this issue cannot be resolved, my neighbors and I will be forced to seek legal methods of maintaining our right to quiet.
I would like to hear from you in the next two weeks concerning the noise levels of the factory. You can contact me by phone at 555-555-5555.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
