On behalf of my neighborhood, I would like to discuss a new arrangement with your department that will allow for better garbage collection services.
I live on _____________________________ and for the past ___________ weeks, the road from ______________________ to _______________________ has been at least partially blocked to through traffic due to ____________________________.
During that time, our garbage pickup has been skipped at least ___________ times. Some people have left their garbage in the street, while others have been forced to store it back in their houses. Either way, it is unsanitary and inconvenient.
We are flexible here. If you would prefer that we bring all the garbage to a location outside of the roadblock, we would be happy to do so. Please consider our predicament and help us come up with a solution that works for everyone.
