I would like to resolve a persistent complaint that has not been acknowledged or resolved over the past month.
Since May 10, my block from 1st Ave and Tyler St. to 5th and Tyler St. has suffered from frequent electricity loss and low power. This happens off and on, but most of the time it occurs during the evening and it happens at least twice a week.
I find this sort of service unacceptable, as do my neighbors. It's very hot here, even in the evening, and we cannot accept a company that won't provide us with consistent service. Our fans and refrigerators need to be able to run at a constant rate.
Please send someone immediately to rectify this problem. Thank you.
